By accessing or using our online marketplace platform (the "Platform") that allows wellness service providers ("Providers") to list their classes and customers to book services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

2. User Accounts

2.1 To access certain features of the Platform, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Marketplace Services

3.1 We facilitate the listing of wellness services and classes by Providers and the booking of these services by customers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any services offered by Providers.

4. Transaction Fees

4.1 Providers agree to pay a commission of 8% on each transaction processed through the Platform. Fees will be deducted from the total transaction amount before disbursement.

4.2 Customers agree to pay a platform fee of 3% for processing payment on the platform.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Providers must notify us of any cancellations at least 48 hours in advance through gud.juju.hk@gmail.com. In the event of cancellations before 48 hours of the class, we will charge the provider for 3% of platform processing fees of the total amount of listings purchased. For cancelations within 48 hours, we will charge the provider for 3% of platform processing fees of the total amount of listings purchased plus HKD 500 for late notification.

5.2 Customers must notify us of any cancellations at least 48 hours in advance through gud.juju.hk@gmail.com. In the event of cancellations before 48 hours, we will refund the customer but deduct 3% of platform processing fees of the total amount of listings purchased.

6. User Conduct

6.1 You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another user.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Goodjujuhk Limited or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law,  Goodjujuhk Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

9. Indemnification

9.1 Goodjuju HK has no special relationship with or fiduciary duty to you for accessing and using the Platform and the Content. You acknowledge that Goodjuju HK has no control over, and no duty to take any action regarding: (a) Which users gain access to this Platform; (b) What content you access via the Platform; (c) What effects the Content may have on you; (d) How you may interpret or use the Content; and (e) What actions you may take as a result of having been exposed to the Content

9.2 You acknowledge and agree that the Providers may offer the Services on the Platform, and that suggestions or recommendations may be given by the Providers of the Platform. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of descriptions anywhere on the Services, or regarding suggestions or recommendations of the Services offered or purchased through the Platform.

9.3 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless  Goodjujuhk Limited, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

9.4 You acknowledge and agree that you will not hold or seek to hold  Goodjujuhk Limitedresponsible for the content provided by any Providers and you further acknowledge and agree that  Goodjujuhk Limited is not a party to any transaction in relation to the Services provided by any Providers.  Goodjujuhk Limited has no control over and does not guarantee the safety of any transaction, tours and/or activities or the truth or accuracy of any listing or other content provided by any Providers on the Platform.

10. Termination

10.1 We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Platform.

11. Governing Law

11.1 This Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the Peoples Republic of China. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong court.

12. Changes to Terms

12.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
